What is occupied home staging?

Vacant home staging is the art of temporarily decorating an unoccupied property with the intent to sell in today’s market. It’s all about bringing out your home’s best features and bringing them front and center, while also creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will speak to a buyer’s imagination. Vacant staging is taking a home that is empty and unoccupied then making it shine by bringing in furniture and cleaning to make the house as appealing as possible to buyers.
